Deborah Hubbard was born and raised in Cincinnatus, New York. She graduated from Binghamton University in May 2000 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting. Debbie became a CPA in New York in May 2003 and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Debbie has been with Port, Kashdin & McSherry since September 2000. Professionally she has provided accounting, taxation, audit and attestation services to individuals, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, school districts, BOCES Consortiums, churches, courts, farms, and insurance companies. She has specialized in not-for-profit and governmental accounting, specifically Single Audit and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) reporting.
Debbie is a June 2004 graduate of the Leadership Cortland program, and serves on the Homer Education Foundation board. She currently resides in Preble, New York with her husband.
